BRU Recruiter

Sterling Global requires a Recruiter who will be dedicated to the Bid Response Unit (BRU). We are looking for networking skills, investigative abilities and a “can-do” attitude who will match the right skills with the right opportunity. The successful candidate will have a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail, who is ready to provide superior recruiting services to our candidates and clients. 


The successful Recruiter will have excellent communication skills and shows a talent for sourcing, screening and evaluating niche skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Have a strong business acumen for sourcing, assessing and identifying qualified candidates from job boards, job postings, internal database, social media, network and referrals;
  • Screening, interviewing, and qualifying professionals across all business streams;
  • Developing, managing, and expanding existing candidate and client relationships; 
  • Identifying new opportunities;
  • Conducting interviews and reference checks of targeted candidates;
  • Managing incoming resumes and maintaining a “hot list” of available candidates;
  • Matching candidates to specific requirements (strong attention to detail);
  • Entering and maintaining information in PCR software;
  • Negotiating rates with candidates;
  • Handling after-sales-support with candidates on assignment and managing HR related issues; 
  • Handling exit interviews once contracts end; and,
  • Participating in sales and recruiting activities, team events, training sessions (external and internal).

Proposal Writer

  • Responds to Requests for Proposals, Requests for Information, Requests for Standing Offers, Requests for Supply Arrangements, and Expressions of Interest for public and private sector clients
  • Using recruitment software, identifies appropriate resources for current opportunities
  • Conducts searches using various procurement vehicles to identify appropriate opportunities 
  • Consults with clients in and project teams in proposal development
  • Assists with write-up of proposals including corporate profiles, methodology, program/process logic models, and work plan development
  • Acts as a research assistant on proposal submissions involving the evaluation function
  • Assists with corporate development including marketing strategies, service category development and tracking, etc.
  • Manage the bid response process, working closely with senior level professionals and senior management
  • Identifies and recruits qualified resources for current and future opportunities
  • Meets with consultants to develop a rapport; conducts interviews with new consultants
  • Edits and verifies correspondence and reports
  • Formats various documents, reports and materials for bid proposals, including materials for senior management
  • Proofreads reports and ensuring that all mandatory and point-rated requirements have been addressed 
  • Writes bid proposals, including methodologies for various service areas
  • Corresponds and liaises with both clients and consultants to ensure that all services and deliverable are satisfactory and meet the client’s needs
  • Provide consulting support on bid proposals involving research, program evaluation, and data analysis
  • Provides support to the Bids Response Manager, including the identification and recruitment of key resources

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Marketing Director

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

OTHER DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITES

  • Develop advertising campaigns and choose media outlets, such as television, radio, internet, social media, billboards or newspapers to promote the company’s products
  • Analyze and report on marketing effectiveness
  • Monitor and analyze market trends
  • Create all promotional materials, promotional campaigns, and sales aids
  • Study competitors’ products and services
  • Explore ways to improve existing products and services, and increase profitability
  • Identify target markets and audience and develop strategies to reach both.

 

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or related education with 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Must be completely bilingual
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Experience leading and managing a team
  • Strong understanding of Twitter, Facebook and other social media, web advertising and conversions
  • Several years of experience partnering with Ad Agencies
  • Have strong contacts within the press and media industry.
